    Tenth edition of the Regional Dairy prize Trinacria d'Oro, the best Sicilian Pecorino PDO
This event brings together, as usual, the General States of the Sicilian dairy sector leaded by the Onaf.
Guided tastings, cooking talk shows, technical tables and much more in a program of events dedicated to regional DOP cheeses called Caseus Siciliae.

the venue of the event will be the prestigious Hotel Federico II in Enna, set up to host the event on 2 and 3 July.
